Construction finance was provided to assist with the construction of ten industrial units located in Upper Coomera.
Boutique strata-titled industrial/warehouse complex comprising 10 units ranging in size from 109m2 to 340m2, inclusive of mezzanine. The units were developed within an established industrial and commercial precinct in Upper Coomera approximately 21 kilometres north-west of the Southport CBD.
The project site featured dual street frontages and easy access to the Pacific Motorway (M1).
This Upper Coomera project demonstrates how well-structured funding can support residential construction from early works through to completion, particularly in high-growth corridors where delivery timing is critical.
